Spacious Detached Family Home In Stalham – Over 1,500 Sq Ft No Onward Chain
Agents Comment's
If you’ve been searching for a home where your family can truly settle, grow, and enjoy day-to-day life with a bit more ease... This could be the one.
Set within a popular part of Stalham, this detached home offers over 1,500 sq ft of space, giving you that all-important room to breathe - whether that’s busy mornings before school, working from home, or simply having space to switch off at the end of the day.
From the moment you walk in, it feels like a home designed for real life. There’s a natural flow to the layout, with plenty of space to come together as a family, but also enough separation when you need your own quiet corner.
The kitchen is very much the heart of it all - well set up for everyday living with fully integrated white goods, including a washing machine, dishwasher, and fridge freezer. It’s practical, streamlined, and ready for everything from quick midweek meals to slower weekend mornings.
There’s also a downstairs cloakroom W.C., which might sound like a small detail - but in a busy household, it’s one you’ll quickly appreciate.
A separate study gives you flexibility too. Whether you’re working from home, running a business, or just need a space for homework or life admin, it’s a real bonus that adapts to your lifestyle.
Upstairs is where the home really starts to feel like your retreat. The main bedroom benefits from its own en-suite, giving you that bit of privacy at the end of the day, while the remaining bedrooms and family bathroom offer space for everyone to feel comfortable.
Step outside and you’ve got a garden ready for family life - whether that’s kids playing, summer BBQs, or just enjoying a bit of fresh air. There’s also a garage, driveway, and parking for multiple vehicles, making day-to-day living that bit easier.
Location-wise, it’s easy to see why this part of Stalham is so popular. You’re within walking distance of shops and schools, meaning less time rushing around and more time at home. And when the weekend comes, you’ve got the Norfolk Broads and the coast just a short drive away - perfect for getting out, unwinding, and making the most of where you live.
Even better, the property is offered with no onward chain, helping you move forward without unnecessary delays.
If you’re looking for more than just a house - and want somewhere that genuinely fits your lifestyle - this is well worth a closer look.

Vendor Comments
One of the things i’ve really loved about living here is how peaceful it is, being tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac. It’s a warm, well-built home that has always felt comfortable and secure.
The location has been incredibly convenient too. Everything you need is close by, including schools, shops, and the doctor’s surgery, which makes day-to-day life very easy.
When I was originally looking to move after selling my previous home, I had considered a bungalow, but the space just didn’t compare to what this house offers. Both inside and outside it feels incredibly spacious, with plenty of room to enjoy the home and the garden.
There’s also a lovely sense of community here. There’s always something going on locally, and it’s been a great place to meet new people while still feeling private and safe in your own space. Parking has also always been very easy, which is another big plus.
I’m only moving now to be closer to my family, which means the property is being offered with no onward chain. It’s been a wonderful place to live, and I hope the next owners will enjoy it just as much as I have.
