Area Description

Portwrinkle is a small seaside village on the Cornish Coast with direct access to the beach. The village is a short distance from larger towns such as Torpoint, Saltash and Looe where you will find all the amenities you would expect from a larger town, whilst within walking distance you have the Finnygook Inn and Cawsand Golf Club.

Outside of these peak periods the industry norm is around 50% occupancy at the lower end of the weekly income, so 20 weeks let at an average of £1100 a week = £22,000

The vibrant city of Plymouth, is within easy reach either via the Torpoint Ferry or around through Saltash. With its mainline train station and the Devon Expressway it offers easy access to Exeter and beyond along with the Ferry Port to France and Spain.
