Charm And Character With A Modern Finish. One Of Those Homes You Need To See In Person To Appreciate
Owners comments...
We’ve absolutely loved living in this home for the last 8 years. It's been the perfect family space for us—whether hosting big dinners or enjoying quiet nights in. The heart of the home is the kitchen, which is not only spacious but also incredibly versatile. Our kitchen table extends to seat up to 12 people and the layout means the host never feels left out. It’s a home that has brought our family together.
The location is ideal—nestled on a quiet road with a beautiful view, yet less than 10 minutes from the Lexicon for those spontaneous pizza nights. You can even walk to the local pub for a pint, which has been a great perk! For outdoor enthusiasts, there's a 5k running route around Peacock Meadows right from the doorstep, and the local Parkrun is only a short distance away and almost all car-free, which makes for a peaceful run. We also have plenty of scenic walking spots, perfect for dog owners.
When we bought the house, it was gutted and completely reconfigured. Essentially, everything in it is brand new—from the roof, electrics, and windows to the insulation, boiler, and all appliances. It is really low maintenance. It’s been a wonderful home for us, and we're excited for it to continue being a special place for someone else to create their own memories.

North view is located in Amen Corner at the end of Beehive Road. The secluded location has so many benefits making it an ideal location for young families who enjoy the outdoors and some peace and quiet. Within walking distance there is Farley Wood recreation ground, plus Peacock Meadow and the Peacock Farm pub in Jennett’s Park, so plenty of options for walks in the summer evenings. There is also the Sanctuary Barn just round the corner which has a number of small local businesses based plus the cafe open through the week.
For transport, the A329M is just 2 minutes away providing convenient access to the M4 motorway. Bracknell town centre is also a few minutes drive, with the Lexicon shopping centre, and it’s array of shops, bars and restaurants for you to enjoy, as well as the mainline station connecting you to Reading and London.
Ryan & Sanjay comments...
When we first walked through the door of this charming home, we were instantly captured by its warmth and space. The flexible and versatile accommodation offers so much for growing families, or someone who is looking to escape a busy area and relocate to a home that offers a wonderful, quiet setting. With the house being completed renovated a few years ago, the main feature for us is the incredible kitchen/family room. We really loved the open plan space here and can imagine there has been some great parties here over the years!
