The property has been a well-loved holiday home for a number of years and would be suited to serving a similar purpose again, a potential holiday let, or ideal first-time buy.
The property is accessed from the front via a PVC door leading into the entrance hall, carpeted and with space for hanging . The hall opens into the sitting room, a generous size at roughly 16’ square, with two windows to the front bringing in ample light. The room features an attractive lias fireplace and surround as the centre point, with open-fire style electric fire in situ. A small understairs cupboard provides storage, whilst a further door leads to the kitchen; laid to tiles and equipped with a wide range of wall and base units with worktops and tiled splashbacks over, sink with drainer and including white goods, consisting of gas cooker with oven/grill and 4-ring hob, fridge/freezer, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
Stairs rise from the sitting room to the first floor landing, which hosts an airing cupboard with the hot water tank. Upstairs are two very generous bedrooms, both carpeted and enjoying ample space for a double bed and an array of furniture. The bathroom is fitted with a tiled bath with electric shower over, pedestal basin, low-level WC and storage cupboard. The bathroom also houses the gas-fired boiler which runs the central heating.
Malt House West sits on Bow Street, in the centre of Langport, where the majority of the town’s excellent range of everyday amenities are readily available within a short walk, including shops, supermarket, café’s, schools, churches, post office, inns/pubs, doctors' and dentists' surgeries, library, veterinary surgery, etc.

A glazed door leads out to the rear of the property, which enjoys a highly private courtyard garden and hosts a large Keter shed, fitted with power and lighting and housing a tumbledryer.
