    The property can be accessed from the Llyn Celyn to Trawsfynydd Road, however, from Bala by taking the A4212, turn left after approximately three quarters of a mile (signposted Rhyd Uchaf/ LLidardau) and continue through the latter village across open land with cattle grids and downhill past Bryn Ifan.
